Did you know that…….

Our First Congregational Church is among a handful of the oldest congregations in continuous existence in the United States. Founded in 1643 by Guilford’s first European settlers, we celebrated our 350th anniversary in 1993. The Hartford Courant prides itself on being “America’s oldest continuously published newspaper” founded in 1764. We beat that by over 120 years! We are 365 years young in 2008. Won’t you please consider what First Church means to you over the next 365 days?
