ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sarah Garcia’s Ordination- Today 4:00pm in our Sanctuary and the congregation is invited. Sarah is Minister of Youth at Kenilworth Union Church in Kenilworth, IL.

Calling All 5th - 8th Graders! Another new year is starting for the Middle School Youth Group! MSYG is for anyone in grades 5-8 interested in sharing your talents with our community and world. Learn about other cultures, get creative, meet new friends and participate in FUN activities. The group will meet with Andrea Schmidt and Liza Catino on Thursdays from 3:15 - 4:30 pm in Fellowship Hall. Feel free to join us anytime beginning with the first meeting on Sept. 11th. We look forward to seeing old faces and meeting new ones! Please bring a donation of canned meat for the Guilford Food Bank. Any questions call Andrea at 453-3324.

The next Service of Prayer and Healing will be on Wednesday, September 10th at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary.

Friendly Visiting Seeks Volunteers: Friendly Visiting is a group of caring volunteers that visit any homebound, isolated, or lonely Guilford resident once a week for a year or longer. There is no fee and visits are flexible.
