Food Bank Requests – please remember the Guilford Food Bank when you do your own food shopping. Current needs are: canned meat- stew, hash, chicken & ham, canned fruit, paper products- kleenex, bathroom tissue, coffee, dry milk, pre packaged meal mixes, relish, mayonnaise, cake mixes, jello, juice boxes, snacks. Harvest Fair Crafts Group will meet Wed., July 2nd at 6 p.m. in the Church School Bldg Room 9. We welcome new faces and new ideas!
Last Super Summer Sunday School Today: At 10:00am we offer our special mixed-age group program. The children will begin in worship, and then will go to the Grade 1 room for stories, games, songs and crafts. The program is best suited for those in Grade 4 & under.
Summertime Nursery Care – During the summer we want to continue to provide nursery care for children, our own church’s children and for visitors. Please sign up with a friend or relative for 1 or 2 Sundays at the 10:00am service. The sign-up sheet is in the narthex and instructions are in the nursery. Thank you!
Photos Are Needed for the new pictorial directory we are planning - of usual church happenings and special events. If you have pictures or digital images you can share, please give them to Kendrick. Sittings are set for Aug. and Nov.; the sittings in Aug. are especially to accommodate families with college students: Aug. dates are: Fri., Aug. 8th 3:30 – 9:00pm and Sat., Aug. 9th noon-5pm.
