The regular Annual Business Meeting of First Congregational Church of Guilford is called for Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary, directly following the 10:00 a.m. service. Church Council urges every member to attend this meeting. There are critical decisions to be made about our vision for the future of our Church ministry, including the new property. Difficult financial questions must be addressed. It is extremely important that each member's voice be heard and that all viewpoints are expressed.
The Official Call to Annual Meeting, 2007: To the members of the First Congregational Church of Guilford, Inc.: The Annual Business Meeting of the First Congreational Church of Guilford, Inc., will be held on Sunday morning, February 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary, directly following the 10:00 a.m. service to: - Receive and act upon the reports and recommendations of the Ministers,
- Receive and act upon the reports and recommendations of boards, committeess, and organizations of the church,
- Act upon the proposed budget for current expenses and benevolences for 2007 as submitted by the Church Council, and
- Receive the report of the Nominating Committee and act upon their recommendations for Officers and Members of Boards and Committees of the church.
